When your team is not playing, your team and spectators will need to stay in the hallways and/or outside. COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE ALL OF THEIR TEAM AND SPECTATORS ARE NOT IN THE GYM WHEN THEY ARE NOT PLAYING! IF THESE RULES ARE NOT FOLLOWED THERE WILL BE NO SPECTATORS ALLOWED AT THE NEXT EVENT HELD AT THESE TWO VENUES.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PARKING AND FOOD AT THIS FACILITY:

There is limited parking in the front of the building (east side). We would recommend that everyone park across the street in the overflow parking. This is across the street to the south of the building. The owner of the gas station that is just east of the building gets very upset when his parking lot is used for tournament spectators. He will have your car towed if you take any of his parking spaces so please avoid any parking in that area.

ABSOLUTELY NO FOUNTAIN DRINKS or COFFEE CUPS WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING. ALL DRINKS MUST BE IN A CONTAINER THAT HAS A COMPLETELY SEALED LID.  We will have a designated team area upstairs where all food must be eaten.  Absolutely no food will be allowed down on the playing area or surrounding area.  Please do not try to sneak food in this area.

Doors to the facility will open at 7 AM on Saturday.

The Site Director  will hold a Coaches' Meeting at 7:30 AM on Saturday at both venues.

Every team is responsible to have somebody in attendance to check in, and receive any site-specific rules or concerns. Rosters need to be emailed no later than 8 PM on Friday night. Please send all rosters to southcountyvb@gmail.com

Playoff tiebreakers will only be played for teams who are in a 3-way tie which might eliminate them from advancing to the Gold bracket. All other pools and brackets will determine playoff placement by Match, Set, and Point percentages in the event of ties as explained on the website www.utahclubvolleyball.com/rules

The schedule and results of every tournament match will be posted online at the following website www.utahclubvolleyball.com/results

Please let the Tournament Director, or your Site Director know of any misreported results.

Maximum Allowed per team-for above stated facilities

15 athletes per roster, 3 Coaches(must be on roster with current AAU number)

We have already had patrons and athletes not comply with Mask Regulations, so we are being upfront about the consequences. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! We will enforce these rules so the rest of us can keep playing volleyball.

We will warn patrons to wear a mask.

1- First Offense is a warning.

2- Second Offense, we will talk with your Coach.

3- Third Offense, we will talk to Club Directors or Coach again.

4- 4th Offense, we will disqualify that girl from playing or if the whole team is not complying, then that team will be disqualified for that tournament (which means forfeit all upcoming matches for the rest of the day).

5- If you do not follow the mask rules, we will not invite you to play at our tournament venues due to each facility’s regulations.

Club V Sports North Facility Details

1).  Each Team will receive 8 "Passes" from our facility.  3 "On the Roster Passes" (i.e. Head Coach, Asst Coach, Team Rep or any combination thereof) and 5 "Spectator Passes".  They will be colored lanyards and passes.

2).  Lanyards will be given out to the Head Coach of each team as they check in the facility.  They will then proceed to hand out the passes to their spectators and coaches OUTSIDE the facility.  Spectators may come in ONLY IF THEY HAVE A PASS IN HAND.  If other parents want to come in to watch, the current spectators must leave the facility and hand their lanyards to other parents.

It is $5 per spectator per day.  Meaning, each spectator will be marked so if they leave to hand the pass off and then come back in for another match, they don't have to pay again.

3).  At the end of the night, coaches must collect all the passes from the parents and return all 8 passes to the front desk staff (we will have a spreadsheet of teams who have returned their passes).  Failure to do so will result in a loss of spectators for the next day.
