Join Club 801 for a Passing and Defense camp to learn passing and defensive skills and tactics with Snow College's Head Coach, Mike Daniel.

Come join us for a special event to learn skills and methods to help you achieve your potential passing and defensively with the current Head Coach of Snow College, Mike Daniel. Content covered will include:

- Eyework "The most important skill in volleyball" - Karch Kiraly, USA Women's Coach
- Key 0 - Mental preparation before physical execution
- Physical Keys and Sequences for Passing
- Physical Keys and Sequences for Defense
- Individual Defense Skills including Dives, Rolls, Pancakes, and Sprawls
- Healthy / sustainable ways to perform defense to save your health long term

Camp Information:
- This camp is open to any and all entrants who are going into 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade
- Monday, July 3th
- 1:00 - 4:00 PM
- 3 hours long
- The cost is $90
