Volley Academy Camp #1

Introduction to Volleyball - 2 weeks / 4  sessions of Volleyball 

Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Starting May 31st and will go until June 9

Boys and Girls are welcome to join this camp

$120 per athlete

Join us for our first session of our summer Volley Academy Camp. It will held twice a week and will be 4 weeks long. Athetes will have the chance to learn the basic skills of volleyball and practice the skills in fun game like situations.

There will be two may focuses of this camp.

#1 Provide a fun learning environment and a positibe experience for athletes new to volleyball. 

#2 Teach athletes the basic skills of volleyball (serving, passing, setting, hitting, blocking and the mental side of the game).  

#3 Give the athletes the opportunity to put into practice the skills they are learning in a game-like setting.

To accompish these goals, each day athletes will learn and practice one or two of the basic skills of volleyball. They will start by warming up with a fun game or activity. They will then be taught one or two of the basic skills and will be given time to practice the skill while coaches walk around and give feedback. They will end the day with a fun 6v6 game to help them practice the skills they have been taught. These games will be monitored by coaches with the purpose of helping athletes succeed. Coaches will be fun and knowledgable to provide a positive expeience for your athlete.

* Ages are 8-13

* Must have waiver completed before attending

* Athletes must be covid symptom free

They will play with light volleyballs designed for younger athletes to help they have a great first experience with the sport of volleyball. This is one of our best selling cams, so do not miss out on a fun and positive oppotunity for your athlete to learn the sport of volleyball
