Why Club 801?

Club 801 is a club founded with core values including care for the athlete, care for the coaches, and a fun, 'no drama tolerated' positive learning environment.  We help athletes achieve their potential.  We hire great people who are either great coaches or can be trained to be great coaches.  It's not for everyone.  We have a limited number of teams.  Quality comes over quantity for us.  If you want to be a part of something special, come join us at tryouts to see if you have what it takes.

Team sizes are chosen and based on the needs of the team, NOT what will make the budget work.  Some of our teams, usually 11's and 12's, will have 8 players to maximize playing time.  Most have 9-11 players, and in rare situations, 12.   One of our teams had 11 during the 2020-2021 season, and the other 28 had between 8 and 10 players.

We practice on a good wood floor.  Not a sport court put over concrete.  Our athletes have healthier knees and backs as a result.
